Jader S. Cabral, PhD

I'm a PhD Experimental Physicist graduated from University of São Paulo (USP). Since 2014, when I achieved a permanent position, I'm a Associate Professor at Institute of Physics (INFIS) of  Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). In 2015, I founded the Laboraty of Optics and Quantum Information (LOIQ) where I head research activities. My main research interests are: (i) Trapping and cooling atoms; (ii) Rydberg atoms; (iii) Quantum computing and Quantum information; (iv) Quantum optics and (v) Optical Spectroscopy (UV/VIS, Fluorescence, FTIR, Raman and LIBS).
